• WebTuna
  WebTuna provides real end user response time measurements from the actual users visiting your site. It works by embedding a small peice of JavaScript into your web pages in a similar way to Web Analytic tools. This allows you to see who is visiting you web site, which location and organisation they are coming from, which pages they view and what response time they received. The information is sent to our WebTuna data center and is accessible through our web portal at webtuna.totalmonitor.net
• SupportPlus
  We have a premium support offering we call SupportPlus. Although this is normally tailored to your exact requirements, with SupportPlus we will remotely manage the products you have purchased.  This would involve us carrying out regular health checks on the monitoring solutions you have in place, either advising you of any issues that have arisoien, or alternatively correcting the issues, and advising you of any corrective actions that need tobe taken to prevent a recurrence.  In this manner, you can be assured that your monitorign solutions are always availbale, and working at their optimum.
