With the global economic environment still in recovery mode, we are encouraged by the customer, partner, and thought leadership achievements we've seen so far this year.

| Third Funding Round We closed our third round of funding in January of this year, and all of our existing investors participated. The round was led by Clal Industries and Investments LTD, and was supported by Intel Capital, Genesis Partners, and Vertex Venture Capital. The funding is being used to further accelerate the development and delivery of new innovations for our Frontline Performance Intelligence Platform, and fund the expansion of our sales and marketing organizations. More Customer Deployments Including Oil & Gas Leader Apache Corp. Aternity continues to be embraced by major F500 companies including three of the top four U.S. financial services institutions, leading national insurance companies, major integrated healthcare delivery networks, household names in the high-tech and manufacturing industries, as well as industry-leading oil and gas exploration and delivery enterprises. Most recently, we announced that Apache Corp. has embraced Aternity's Frontline Performance Intelligence (FPI) Platform for user-centric, proactive IT management of their Halliburton Landmark Graphics and SAP ERP implementations on both real and virtual desktop platforms in a highly distributed environment across five continents. Increased Customer Demand: SAP, Siebel, Oracle Solution Packs Available Our customers and partners regularly provide positive feedback regarding Aternity's unique ability to comprehensively instrument any application within days. We've also seen increasing interest to provide new, packaged support for popular applications out-of-the-box. As a result, we continue to expand our FPI Solution Packs on a quarterly basis by including support for a wide variety of applications including leading CRM and ERP applications such as SAP, Siebel and Oracle E-Business Suite, and the most popular Productivity Applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. | International Partner Footprint You may recall the formalization and announcement of Aternity's Partner Program in the Summer of 2008. Since then, our Partner ecosystem continues to grow rapidly. Today we have certified Partners in Australia, Israel, Italy, Mexico, Portugal, Spain, the US and UK. In addition, we have signed partnerships with leading ISVs in the Telco space and have started working closely with a number of leading System Integrators in the Healthcare arena and Solution Specialists in the CRM and ERP space. |
Aternity, Dell, and IBM Some of these most recent and newly announced partnerships include Dell and IBM.In March of '09, Dell officially certified the seamless integration of Aternity' Frontline Performance Intelligence Platform with Dell's OpenManage systems management. As such, Aternity's FPI Platform enhances the manageability of Dell platforms and helps optimize Dell Services. Weeks after the Dell announcement, news broke that Aternity had also achieved Advanced IBM Partner Status. The membership advancement reflects Aternity's continued sales, marketing, and product development contributions to IBM and the optimization and integration of the Aternity Frontline Performance Intelligence (FPI) Platform with key IBM technologies, applications and platforms. Enterprise Management Associates: Webinar and Whitepaper Available In February, Aternity participated in a webinar with IT analyst firm, Enterprise Management Associates (EMA). The webinar, "Got Business Disruptions?" focused on how a user-centric approach to proactive Application Performance Management will optimize your business, improve IT processes, and increase user productivity. In addition to the webinar, EMA also authored a companion whitepaper on the topic as well. InformationWeek Names Aternity to Top 50 Startup List Earlier this month, InformationWeek announced a prestigious list of Top 50 Startups, which included Aternity. Companies named to the list had to undergo a three-step voting process that included nomination, online voting, and editorial vetting. InformationWeek created the short list to provide IT stakeholders with an analysis of leading-edge companies that represented innovation and the ability to help solve critical IT problems, cut costs, and improve operations.
