Silos-Connect Technologies, LLC, a Georgia corporation, launched itself as a specialized systems integrator that provides software products and professional services offerings that help the top 15,000 users of IT to solve problems that are particularly difficult as they span multiple corporate silos (hence the company name Silos-Connect). Silos-Connect has signed partnership agreements with best-of-breed independent software vendors (ISV's), and several best-of-breed services providers that complement each other to provide a more complete solution that any of them could as point solutions. The company is highly focused on performance, not just application performance but also business performance.

Application Performance Management is more critical than ever. While the typical operations center has multiple monitoring solutions, there is often the case where business users are adversely impacted by application slow-downs, but the data center is showing "Five Nines". The Help Desk scrambles to try to find an application stake-holder who is willing to own the problem, but often this effort requires multiple unsuccessful attempts.
