Activities - There are 200 out of the box activity types which you can use to build your own application specific activities for each tier of your application. Activities can then be sequenced into 'Flows'.	Processes - A process is made up of a number of Activities and Flows which can span multiple tiers of your infrastrcture.	Environments - Environments are where you execute your Processes. Different environments can have different logic tiers. Only at execution time are these finally assigned to physical hostnames. Processes are designed to be reusable across many environments.

Audit trail and reporting - Nolio keeps track of the status of all processes, when, where and who executed them, whether they suceeded and if not where they failed. Failed processes may even be resumed after manual intervention.
