Whether you have an unexpected performance problem that needs immediate resolution or wish to implement a long term strategy for performance optimisation, our Performance Assessment will provide the help that you need. We have many, many years of experience in performance analysis and optimisation - and back that up with some of the best tools  and solutions available in the market today. 

In a reactive mode, we would aim to have one of our senior consultants available at very short notice to assist in identifying your current problems.  We would normally seek to deploy one or more specialist toolsets to provide the greatest insight into the performance issues that you are experiencing, enabling a rapid understanding to be gained, and a set of recommendations produced.

In most cases an assessment wiill last for a period of one to two weeks, usually with a peak of activity early on, followed by a period of data collection, and then analysis and feedback of result.  We of course only charge  for the time spent carrying out work, rather than for the elapsed time.

Where you want to include performance assessments as part of an ongoing best-practice strategy, we would adopt a similar approach, again using our best-of-breed toolsets to give that essential view into critical application performance.   However in this situation we can take advantage of the less pressured nature, and use remote access to help reduce costs whilst maximising our responsiveness.
