Doron Gerstel Joins as CEO; Yuval Scarlat Appointed Chairman of the Board

Doron Gerstel, co-founder and former President and CEO of Zend Technologies, joins Nolio as Chief Executive Officer. (NASDAQ: ELOS), VP Operations and acting COO of Lumenis (formerly ESC Medical Systems) and VP Operations at Fibronics, Ltd.
Scarlat spent 17 years at Mercury Interactive in several key management positions that drove the creation of one of the largest enterprise software companies with over $1B in sales. He served as general manager of Application Delivery, its largest business unit and senior vice president of products. He gained direct experience managing complex, hosted Web applications in his role leading Mercury's successful foray into managed services as president of Mercury's SaaS business.
